Malene Kai Bell is a strategic consultant and published author specializing in proposal development, organizational transformation, and restorative practices for mission-driven organizations. Through consultation with Malene, she partners with nonprofits, educational institutions, and social impact organizations to strengthen their capacity, elevate their operations, and amplify their mission impact.

With over 20 years of experience in leadership, coaching, and facilitation, Malene brings deep expertise in conflict resolution, consensus-building, and process optimization. Her recent consulting work includes developing the comprehensive Village of Champions platform for Akoben LLC—a 130+ component digital community for restorative practices Champions—and managing proposal pipelines that secured over $5.3 million in funding for clients like TLI Services. She also facilitates healing-centered interventions, including year-long restorative circle processes for international nonprofits navigating organizational transitions.

She is the published author of two books: "Lovable" and "Reclaim the Sacred Self: The Way of the Heart Protector." Malene also supports authors through comprehensive publishing services, from editorial guidance to platform development.

Malene holds a M.A. in Writing from Johns Hopkins University, M.Msc in Holistic Coaching from the University of Sedona, and a B.A. in English from Morgan State University. She lives in sunny, Southern California.
