Akoben LLC: Restorative Circle Process Design & Facilitation
Working as a subcontractor with Akoben, we designed and facilitated a year-long series of virtual restorative circles for an international non-profit experiencing organizational challenges during prolonged restructuring. Through 10 thoughtfully designed circles, we created safe spaces for staff voice and wellbeing while building emotional resilience during uncertainty.

Through thought partnership with Akoben's CEO, we transformed their vision of an online village community into a comprehensive platform with 130+ components, enabling Champions in restorative and relational practices to deepen their capacity while supporting others.
Stellar Health: Platform Migration & Brand Elevation
We helped Stellar Health migrate from WordPress to Wix while elevating their website design, content verbiage, and course materials for better brand cohesion. The project included establishing organizational structures for curriculum and G-Drive management, resulting in a more professional, user-friendly platform that simplified management for the founder while enhancing the learning experience for students.
