Transforming Lives Inc. (TLI): Strategic Proposal Management & Pipeline Development
Partnering with TLI's leadership team, we developed a comprehensive proposal pipeline and coordinated and drafted strategic RFP responses during a critical period of contract renewals and market expansion. Through targeted proposal development and pipeline management, TLI successfully secured 4 out of 8 competitive bids, bringing in over $5.3 million in new funding.
Akoben LLC: Restorative Circle Process Design & Facilitation
Working as a subcontractor with Akoben, I designed and facilitated a year-long restorative circle intervention for an international non-profit experiencing organizational challenges during prolonged restructuring. Through 10 thoughtfully designed circles, we created safe spaces for staff voice and wellbeing while building emotional resilience during uncertainty.
Akoben LLC: Village of Champions Platform Development
Through thought partnership with Akoben's CEO, we transformed their vision of an online village community into a comprehensive platform with 130+ components, enabling Champions in restorative and relational practices to deepen their capacity while supporting others.
Stellar Health: Platform Migration & Brand Elevation
We helped Stellar Health migrate from WordPress to Wix while elevating their website design, content verbiage, and course materials for better brand cohesion. The project included establishing organizational structures for curriculum and G-Drive management, resulting in a more professional, user-friendly platform that simplified management for the founder while enhancing the learning experience for students.
